TechFusion The dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It gives you the health of your business at a glance.
The summary cards
| Card | Meaning |

| Total Sales | Value of finalized sales in the period (including tax and shipping) |
| Net | Total sales minus sell returns and expenses |
| Invoice due | Money customers still owe on sales in the period |
| Total Sell Return | Value of goods customers returned |
| Total purchase | Value of stock bought from suppliers |
| Purchase due | Money you still owe suppliers |
| Total Purchase Return | Goods you returned to suppliers |
| Expense | Business expenses recorded in the period |
Changing the period and location
- Filter by date: choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month, This financial year or a custom range.
- Select location: show one shop only, or leave it empty to see all locations you have access to.
Charts and lists
Further down you'll find Sales last 30 days, Sales of the current financial year, and lists such as Sales payment due, Purchase payment due and Product stock alert. Use them as your daily to-do list: follow up on customers who owe you, pay suppliers, and restock items running low.
Today's profit
Click the Today's profit button in the top bar to see today's sales, cost of goods, expenses and profit in one window.
Note: Cashiers may not see the dashboard figures. That is controlled by the role permission View dashboard data.
