1 Adding a product Create a product with its unit, category, prices, tax and stock settings so it's ready to sell. 2 Products with sizes, colours or packs (variable products) Sell one product in several variations — sizes, colours or pack sizes — each with its own price, SKU and stock. 3 Categories, brands and units Organise products with categories and brands, and set the units (pieces, kg, litres) you sell in — including bulk units. 4 Importing products from Excel Add hundreds of products at once using the import template, and avoid the common mistakes that make imports fail. 5 Entering opening stock Record the quantities you already have on the shelf when you start using TechFusion POS, with their cost. 6 Correcting stock with a stock adjustment Remove damaged, expired, lost or stolen items from stock and keep a record of why. 7 Moving stock between locations (stock transfers) Send stock from one shop or store to another and keep both locations' quantities correct. 8 Changing prices — one product or many at once Update a single product's price, change many prices quickly, or adjust all prices by a percentage. 9 Wholesale, retail and branch prices (selling price groups) Sell the same product at different prices to different customers or locations without duplicating products. 10 Printing barcode and price labels Print shelf or sticker labels with barcode, name and price for any products, on A4 sheets or a label printer. 11 Low-stock alerts and stock history Get warned before you run out, and trace every movement of a product to explain its current stock.
