When someone leaves
Edit the user and untick Is active? (or Allow login). They can no longer sign in, but their past sales stay in your reports with their name. Avoid deleting users who made sales.
Resetting a user's password
User Management › Users › Edit, enter a new password and save.
Tip: Give every person their own login. Shared logins make it impossible to know who made a sale, changed a price or had a cash shortage.
Note: Your subscription plan may limit the number of users. If you can't add more, contact support to upgrade.
