Limiting users to certain locations

If you have more than one shop, each user should only access the locations they work in.

1. User Management › Users › Edit the user.
2. Under Access locations, untick All Locations and tick only their shop(s).
3. Save.

The user will only:

• see those locations in the POS location selector;
• see sales, stock and reports for those locations;
• be able to transfer stock from those locations.

Tip: Managers who oversee all branches can keep All Locations. Cashiers should usually have one.
