How do size and colour variations work?
You create one product (e.g. "Ankara Dress") and add variations for each size and colour combination. Each variation has its own stock count, so "Medium Blue" and "Large Red" are tracked separately.
Can I process returns and exchanges?
Yes. Open the original sale, return the items, and they go back into stock with the refund recorded. For an exchange, sell the replacement as a new sale to the same customer.
Can I run a sale or promotion on certain items?
Yes. Set a fixed or percentage discount on any product, category or across the whole store, with a start and end date if needed.
