TechFusion Every list and most reports have the same buttons above the table:

Tips
- Filter first, then export. Exports include only the records matching your filters and search.
- Show all rows. Change Show 25 entries to All (or a large number) before exporting a long list. Some exports include only the current page.
- Hidden columns are usually left out of exports. Use Column visibility to include what you need.
Note: On the mobile app, exports are saved and opened with your phone's Share menu, so you can send them by WhatsApp or e-mail or save them to Files.
