TechFusion Notification templates
Settings › Notification Templates (if available on your plan) lets you write the messages for:
- New sale: the invoice to the customer;
- Payment received;
- Payment reminder for overdue invoices;
- New booking, new order and others;
- supplier messages for purchase orders.
Use the tags shown, such as {contact_name}, {invoice_number}, {total_amount} and {invoice_url}, to fill in details automatically. Tick Auto send for messages that should go out without clicking.
E-mail and SMS settings
E-mail and SMS sending is configured under Settings › Business Settings › Email Settings and SMS Settings. If you're not sure what to enter, contact support and we'll help you connect your SMS provider.
Sending manually
From Sell › All sales, Actions › Send Notification sends the invoice to the customer by e-mail or SMS. Actions › Invoice URL copies a link you can paste into WhatsApp.
