Changing prices — one product or many at once

One product

Products › List Products, then Actions › Edit. Change the Default Selling Price (and purchase price if needed), then save. The new price applies to new sales immediately. Past sales keep the price they were sold at.

Many products: Update Price

1. Go to Products › Update Price.
2. Click Export to download all products with their current prices.
3. Edit the price columns in Excel. Don't change the SKU or product name columns.
4. Upload the file under Import and submit.

Quick change on the list

On Products › List Products, tick the products you want and use the bulk actions at the bottom of the list, such as Bulk Edit, to change category, tax or prices for the selected products together.

Different prices for wholesale, retail or branches

Use Selling price groups instead of changing the main price.

Tip: Turn on Enable editing product price from purchase screen (Settings › Business Settings › Purchases) to update selling prices when new stock arrives at a different cost.
