- Go to Products › Print Labels.
- Search and add the products. Enter how many labels you need for each (e.g. one per item on the shelf).
- Tick what to show: product name, variation, price (inc. or exc. tax), business name, barcode, and choose the font sizes.
- Choose the Barcode setting that matches your label paper (sheet size, labels per row).
- Click Preview, check it, then Print.
Tip: Printing right after receiving stock? Open the purchase and use Actions › Print Labels. The quantities are filled in for you.
Label paper doesn't match?
Admins can add a label size under Settings › Barcode Settings: paper width/height, label width/height, margins, and labels per row. Use the measurements printed on your label pack.
Note: If a product has no barcode, its SKU is printed as the barcode, so scanning works on the POS.
